          Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner Shafi Muhammad Jalbani has stated that SHO P.S Ratodero has illegally and wrongfully detained Ali Sher and Allah Bakhsh. Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Ratodero on directions of the Court conducted raid. None from the above persons was found illegally detained at police station Ratodero. In these circumstances, Mr. Muhammad Azim Korai learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition more and it is dismissed as not pressed.
