                        Mr. Khalid Iqbal Memon  counsel for the petitioner  states that Mr.Ghulam Nabi S/O Imam Bux Khoso has been appointed as Malehi by D.E.O Kamber Shahdadkot.  Abdul Rasool Brohi, SDO states that regular salaries shall be paid to Ghulam Nabi.  In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition has served its purpose  and  does not press this petition more which is disposed of accordingly.
