Petitioner Syed Ali Shah has prayed for the following reliefs:-
(a) This Honourable Court be pleased to direct the respondent No.6 to appoint any officer not below the rank of ASP to conduct fair and impartial inquiry into FIR No.51/2012 PS Kakar lodged by respondent No.5 who is brother of respondent No.4 and case during enquiry the FIR No.51/2012 PS Kakar is found false and fabricated this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to quash the FIR in the interest of justice.
(b) This Honourable Court be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 to 5 and direct them to furnish written bond before this Hon’ble Court that they will neither cause any sort of harassment nor they will conduct illegal raid at the house of the petitioner.
(c ) Award costs.
(d) Any other relief (s) which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be granted to the petitioner under the circumstances of the case.
Notice was issued to the respondents as well as AAG. Today Respondents No.1 and 2 are present and state that after usual investigation challan has been submitted in crime No.51/2012 registered at Police Station Kakar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the trial Court for any relief which he thinks fit according to the circumstances of the case in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
