                        After  hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.A.G,  Mr. Altaf Hussain Surahio, learned counsel for the petitioner  states  that he would be satisfied  if  he is allowed  to file the application against  police officials for redressal of grievance before the Court of Sessions.   

            Learned advocate for the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Court by filing application U/S 22-A and B, Cr.P.C for redressal  of his grievance as provided  in the law.  Petition stands disposed of I the above terms.
