            Learned Counsel for the Petitioner says that he has donated a plot and as such is entitled for one appointment in the lower grade, but neither the Petitioner nor his nominee is being appointed by the Respondents.

            Learned State Counsel says that case of the Petitioner shall be considered by Respondents No.3 and 4, in accordance with law and if Petitioner has donated the plot, appropriate order with regard to employment shall be passed by them after hearing the petitioner.

            In view of above, this petition is disposed of with direction to Respondents No.3 and 4 to call Petitioner alongwith the documentary evidence and if Petitioner has donated some plot appropriate order with regard to employment of Petitioner shall be passed strictly in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the receipt of this order.

            Petition stands disposed of.
