Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record cutting clips of newspaper Aghaz of 5th June 2012 wherein the detenues/ missing persons are shown to have been arrested by SIO Police near Teen Hatti. Their names are mentioned in the Newspaper clip. Respondents Nos. 6 and 8 have file their comments, which are taken on record, stating therein that in the first meeting of JIT held on 17.07.2012, concerned SHO was directed to lodge FIR of missing persons but the petitioner did not appear at Police Station for registration of FIR. The SSP Karachi West is directed to fix a date and time for next JIT meeting and convey the date, time and venue of next JIT meeting to the petitioner in writing. The petitioner is directed to appear on that date and time so fixed forJIT meeting. The SSP Karachi West is directed to submit his progress reportregarding efforts made by law enforcement agencies for recovery of missing person.If the missing person is involved in any criminal case, the details of the case will also be placed on recordon or before the next date of hearing. To come up on 07.08.2012.
