Through this petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

a) Declare that the petitioner is entitled to issuance of challan for payment of differential amount, as assessed by the committee on 28.08.2006 for regularization of 20 acres of land from Na-Class No. 105, Deh Thouming, Karachi.

b) That the respondents collectively and severely be directed to issue challan against of the differential amount to the petitioner to enable him to fulfill his lawful obligation to deposit the outstanding amount in four equal installments.

c) That the respondents No. 2 be specifically directed to issue the challan in respect of the regularization of the subject land and discharge his lawful duty for issuance of challan as per decision of the committee dated 28.08.2006.

By consent, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to issue challan in terms of the decision of the Sindh Government Lands Committee on 28-08-2006 being issue No. 14 in the report/document, annexure Z-6 to the petition at page 123 of the file, within three weeks from today, in accordance with law and to submit compliance report to the MIT-II of this Court, within a week thereafter.
