            Since it has come on record from the respondents categorically that neither any space designated for parking utility area has been used for any shop nor does the builder/owner propose to use it,  as such,  we would, dispose of this petition by ordering that the respondents shall fully comply with their undertaking and shall not mis-use any area in the building more particularly the area reserved/designated for parking and other utilities. Such area shall also not be commercially exploited and shall be used and/or dealt with strictly in accordance with law.
