                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief (s) :

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to declare that the act of the respondents No.3 and 5 to 8 extending threats of dire consequences and harassment and implication of the petitioners in false and fabricated criminal cases are absolutely illegal manifestly done by the respondents with out law full authority malafidely and no any legal effect whatsoever.

b) To direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to provide protection to petitioners as their lives are in imminent danger because petitioners now residing in their jurisdiction.

c) To direct the respondents No.5 to 8 not to take law in to their hands and given undertaki8ng to the effect that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioners and will allow them to live with each other as husband and wife as per their wishes.

d) That this Honourable Court may also be pleased to direct respondent No.3 and 4not to register any deliberate false case in relation to marriage OR abduction of petitioner No.1 has been registered, the same may be quashed.

e) To award cost of this petition to the petitioners.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Add. A. G. Comments were called. Respondent No.3 has filed the comments in which it is stated that no case has been registered against the petitioners at Police Station Kandiaro and no harassment is caused to the petitioners. Learned State Counsel states that every protection shall be provided to the couple. In these circumstances, learned advocate for the petitioners does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
