                        Through this constitutional petition, the petitioner  Abdul Waheed has prayed for the following relief:

a) That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.01 to stop working at Executive Engineer Highway Division, Kashmore at Kandhkot, forthwith.

b) The respondent No.02  may be directed to stop all sorts of monetary transactions made by the respondent No.01 and give details of such transactions made by him after issuance of above said Notification, if any.

c) That this Hon’ble Court further be  pleased  to direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to make ensure that  all the officers/official mentioned in above said Notification be transferred/relief from place of deputation or non-cadre posts.

                        Notice  was issued to the respondents  as well as A.A.G.  Comments were filed by respondent No.4.  Mr. Ghanghro after  going through the  comments filed by the respondent No.4 stated that he is satisfied and does not press  the instant petition any more  which is accordingly disposed of.
