Through this constitution petition, petitioner Mst. Latifan Jakhrani has prayed for the following relief:-

Notices were issued to respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 to 5 which are available on record. Learned A.A.G has pointed out that this petition has been filed on 12.04.2012 and detainee Nazar Ali alias Nando has been arrested by SHO Geehalpur Police Station on 18.3.2012 in the case bearing crime No. 09/2012 under Section 13-DAO. Such case has been challaned before the court of law. As regards harassment is concerned, it is stated that neither petitioner has been harassed nor she shall be harassed in future. In these circumstances, Mr. Faiz Mohammad Larik, counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the competent court for any high handedness of the police in accordance with law.
