                        Learned Asstt. A. G has pointed out that summary has been moved to the competent authority vide letter dated 15.4.2011 for appointment of petitioner as PST against deceased quota. Since sufficient time has been passed but competent authority has not passed appropriate orders on the said summary. By consent it is ordered that competent authority will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within one month. Petition is accordingly  disposed of in the above terms.
