            Present petition has been filed by the petitioners for appointment  on deceased quota. Respondent No.2 has filed comments on 08.12.2011 and almost agreed to the averments made in the petition and while replying Para No.5 it is stated that as and when permission is received from the competent authority of Works and Services Department, petitioners will be appointed on deceased quota against vacant posts. While replying to the prayer clause in Para No.12 of the memo of petition in comments it is stated that petitioners/legal heirs of deceased of Government servant would be appointed after obtaining permission from Works & Services Department Government of Sindh, Karachi. Respondents are, therefore, directed to issue appointment letters to the petitioners within period of 60 days from today and in case of failure by the respondents in issuing appointment letters contempt proceedings would be initiated against the delinquent officers.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
