                        Ghulam Serwar Sahar, Asstt. Executive Engineer present in Court and states that water is reaching on tail on the subject area. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are not in attendance and that he cannot make statement on their behalf. The petitioners are directed that in case of any complaint of not reaching water at tail/subject area, they may approach to Judicial Magistrate-I, K.N.Shah immediately for redressal of their grievance and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to make surprise visit and direct the concerned officers of the Irrigation department to supply water to tail and in case of failure, he shall submit reference to this Court through Additional Registrar of this Court. On these directions, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition, the same is disposed of accordingly.
