          Deputy Assistant Director, STEVTA, Larkana, has filed statement  signed by Zulfiqar Ali Gadehi, Director STEVTA, Larkana, alongwith original Cheque No.700632, issued on 20.06.2012, in favor of the petitioner by the Principal, Govt. Institute of Business & Commercial Education, Mirokhan, in compliance of the order passed on 24.5.2012. The cheque is delivered to learned counsel for the petitioner to deliver the same to the petitioner.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is still working with the respondent No. 3. The respondents are restrained from taking any coercive action against the petitioner without due process of law.  On these directions the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition, which is disposed of accordingly.
