Learned counsel for the petitioners submits before us a photocopy of notification No. SO(C-IV)/SGA&CD/4-17/12 dated 23^rd July 2012, in terms whereof the Chief Secretary Sindh has constituted a committee in pursuance of order passed in the present proceedings. Learned counsel further submits that the member mentioned at serial No. 6 in the notification has not been appointed with the consent of the petitioner though the appointment was to be consensual. He further submits that however, in order to avoid any delay the petitioner, for the time being, has no objection to such appointment but the matter of concern for the petitioner is that the terms of reference as incorporated in the notification do not cover the mandate of the committee as sanctified by this court; inasmuch as Para III and IV of such mandate as contained in the petitioner report dated 16^th May 2012 at page 161 of the file have not been incorporated in appropriate language into such terms of reference.

Learned A.A.G. submits that necessary amendments shall be made in the notification so that Para III and IV of the mandate as contained in the above report are incorporated into the terms of reference as mentioned in the above notification.

Let amendments, as mentioned above be effected in the relevant notification at the earliest so that some progress may be made and report be submitted as ordered earlier.
