            The parties herein  have agreed to settle the matter, in the following terms:-

 

1.      The petitioner is allowed  to pay to the respondents the outstanding renewal fee and all other dues in respect of the subject land within a period of 30 days from today along with mark-up for the period commencing from the date the lease was required to be renewed and upto the date of payment, at the prevailing bank rate.

 

2.      The lease shall stand cancelled/forfeited,  in case,  the payment as prescribed above,  is not made and the petitioner shall vacate the subject land/property within a month thereafter.  

 

3.      In case of payment as above, the lease shall be renewed without any delay at all. 

 

4.      The respondent shall issue and deliver to the petitioner the challan instantly in the fore-going terms. The petitioner shall collect the challan himself.

 

5.       In case, the challan is not issued, the petitioner shall immediately through an application inform this court about such default.

 

            By consent,  the petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the fore-gong terms.
