            Admittedly the suit filed by the petitioner against the auction proceedings in respect of the subject plot was decreed and now the appeal filed by C.D.G.K.  against such judgment is  pending before the concerned A.D.J.   The petition is, therefore, by consent, disposed of with a direction that till such time any orders are passed in the said appeal, the parties shall maintain status-quo with a further direction to the Appellate Court to decide the appeal at the earliest and not later than four months from today.
