1.                In view of order that I propose to pass at serial No.4, office objection is overruled.

3.                Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4.                Applicants Abdul Hafeez Chandio and Mst. Irfana Saman alias Saman are present alongwith their advocate.  It is contended by the learned Counsel for the applicants that the applicants have been booked in crime No.49/2012 of PS Airport, Shaheed Benazir Abad, for offence under Sections 498, 496-A, PPC.  It is further contended that the applicants are apprehending their arrest as soon as they appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Shaheed Benazir Abad, for seeking bail before arrest. 

                   Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants/accused for 7 days from today subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 7 days from today.  

                   Application stands disposed of accordingly.
