Learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Jacobabad has made reference requesting for extension of two months’ time for compliance of order passed on 04.5.2012, on the ground that order passed by him on an application under Section 23 of the Anti-Terrorism Act has been challenged before this Court.

In view of above, two months’ time is extended to the trial Court for compliance of order of this Court dated 04.5.2012. Reference is disposed of accordingly.
