          The comments filed by the respondents No.2 and 4 and the annexures enclosed therewith establishing that offer/ appointment orders of the petitioner were found forged, bogus and managed one.  The petitioner has not controverted and disputed the averments made in the para-wise comments of respondents No. 2 and 4, which are available on record and supported with an affidavit of respondent No.2. Ex-District Officer Education (Male) Primary, Jacobabad, (Haji Khair Muhammad Banghar), verified through a letter that his signature in offer/appointment orders of the petitioner was bogus and managed. The petitioner has come with unclean hands and therefore, not entitled for the relief claimed by him in the present petition. Present petition is dismissed.

          However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach to the competent Court having jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. Petitioner may file application for condonation of delay and that has to be considered by the Court sympathetically. The observations made hereinabove are of tentative nature and the competent Court has not to take the same into consideration while passing orders.
