Respondent No.1 has already filed parawise comments on 25.8.2011 , copy of the same is provided to the counsel for the petitioner today by the State Counsel. It is stated in the comments of respondent No.1 that if the learned counsel for the petitioner is asked to direct his client to produced following documents :
i. Copy of Agreement Bond signed by the applicant/plot donor and EDO(E) Larkana regarding construction of school building,
ii. Copy of Form VII-B duly signed by Mukhtiarkar (Land Revenue) concerned showing the ownership of plot/land of the applicant.
iii. N.O.C of other shareholders of land/Plot and other heirs of property.
iv. Qualification certificates, CNIC, Domicile and PRC of the applicant.
v. Certificate from relevant officer that land donated for construction of school building stand transferred/mutated in the name of Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of sindh.
petitioner’s case would be moved to higher authorities for getting approval as well as sanction for the post of Chowkidar and after approval petitioner will be considered according to existing policy and practice. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to provide aforementioned documents within seven days time to the respondent No.1 who shall obtain approval within 30 days from the higher authorities. On this direction, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and the petition is disposed of in the above terms.
