                   Mr. Inayatullah G. Morio, advocate, files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.7, which is taken on record.                 

                   Comments have been filed Respondent No.2/Deputy Commissioner, Larkano, which are taken on record. Copy thereof is provided to learned Counsel for the petitioners.  While replying para No.10 of the petition, respondent No.2 has stated as under :-

“It is prayed before the Honourable High Court that the petitioners may be advised to submit application in the prescribed proforma before Mukhtiarkar Bakrani in accordance with Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967 and Sindh Revenue Rules 1968 alongwith supporting documents so that demarcation may be carried out accordingly.  The Mukhtiarkar Bakrani has been directed to carry out the demarcation in accordance with law and rules.”

                   In view of the reply of respondent No.2/Deputy Commissioner, Larkana, referred to above, learned Counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and does not press the present petition.  The same is disposed of.  However, the respondent No.7 is at liberty to approach the Mukhtiarkar, Bakrani and raise objection, if any, before him and the Mukhtiarkar, Bakrani is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
