            The Addl: Director, FIA Sindh Zone submits that since absolutely no material with regard to the allegations being inquired into could despite efforts be obtained and the allegations were found baseless, the inquiry against the petitioners has been dropped. Being satisfied with the above statement, Mr. Rasheed A. Razvi, learned counsel for the petitioners requests that the petition may be disposed of in the foregoing terms.

            The petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
