            Learned counsel for the petitioners submits an application under order 23 rule 1 CPC duly signed by himself and the petitioners No. 1 and 2 whereby they have  requested that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if so required.

            The application is granted. The petition, alongwith the pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners may, however, if so advised, file a fresh petition.
