                        Learned Addl. A. G in presence of respondent No.2 submits that the present petition is of identical nature as that of C.P.No.829/2011 filed by Imtiaz Ahmed Panhwar. Present petitioner deserves the same treatment as given to the petitioner in the aforementioned petition by the orders passed today. Respondent No.2 undertakes to pay salary to the petitioner from the date of joining of his service along with arrears within fifteen days time from today. On these directions the petition is hereby disposed of.
