                   Respondent No.3/Deputy Commissioner, Kamber-Shahdadkot has filed W.S/objections, wherein it is submitted that petitioner applied for appointment as Kotwar against son/deceased quota and his case was sent to the Assistant Secretary (Revenue), Board of Revenue, Sindh, Hyderabad by the then District Officer, Revenue, Kamber-Shahdadkot, but till the time of filing of the objections/W.S no instruction was received to the respondent No.3 from the respondent No.1.  Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the case of the petitioner within 30 days time from receipt of the order and submit compliance report to the Additional Registrar of this Court.  On these directions, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.  The same is disposed of accordingly.
