Learned Add. A. G has placed on record letters dated 15.11.2011, issued by the Regional Director Colleges, Larkana, appointment order of petitioner dated 23.12.2012 and the letter dated 11.6.2012 issued by the C&S, Government Degree College, Shikarpur. Respondent No.1 is present in Court states that salary would be given to the petitioner from the date of joining his service. On this statement and on the basis of documents filed today learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition, the same is disposed of accordingly. Respondent No.1 also undertakes to pay salary of the petitioner within fifteen days time from today along with arrears.
