                          Miss Rubina Dhamrah, advocate files vakalatnama for respondents No.4 and 5.  Respondent No.10 has filed a statement in writing which is taken on record copy thereof provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits  that petitioner is already acquitted in the case arising out of FIR No.22/2011  registered by the respondent No.1.

                           Learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the present petition to the extent of prayer clause “b”.  Respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner and strictly deal with the petitioner in accordance with the law.  With these directions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the  present petition which stands disposed of.
