Mr. Muhammad Ismail Chandio, advocate for Abdul Karim, Muhammad Ramzan, Muhammad Ali and Ghulam Umar, all sons of deceased Manzoor Ahmed Jarwar, who are also present in person.

Mr. Azizul Haque Solangi, Asst. A. G., alongwith Ghous Bux Jatoi, Mukhtiarkar, Larkana and Niaz Ali Siyal, Mukhtiarkar, Ratodero.

                   Respondent No.2 has filed parawise comments to the petition and in para No.4 of his comments has stated as under :-

“However, record of Taluka Ratodero has been verified, which reveals that an area of 06-37 acres of S.No.154/2, area 0-30 ghuntas, 154/4, area 01-12 acres, 154/4, area 01-17 acres, 145/5 area 01-27 acres, 154/6 area 0-19 ghuntas and 324/2, area 01-12 acres of Deh Wasand Jeho, Taluka Ratodero, is entered in the name of Manzoor Ahmed s/o Gul Muhammad Jarwar (Husband of Petitioner) vide entry No.2 of V.F VII-B Deh Wasand Jeho on the basis of registered sale deed and such Foti Khata has not been changed till yet, annexed at Annexure-A.”

                   Mukhtiarkar, Revenue, Ratodero/respondent No.4, present in Court is directed to act in accordance with law in terms of Section 42 of the Land Revenue Act in respect of subject land belonging to deceased Manzoor Ahmed Jarwar and transfer the land in the names of the legal heirs of the deceased within 30 days time from today and submit compliance report to the Additional Registrar of this Court, for which learned Counsel appearing on behalf of sons of deceased Manzoor Ahmed Jarwar has no objection.

                   Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
