                        Through this petition, petitioner Mohammad Saddiq Gurgej  has prayed for following relief:

a) That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call upon respondents No.1 and 2, so also the private respondents directing them not to cause any sort of harassment to the petitioner, and not to interfere in peaceful life of the petitioner.

b) This Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to direct respondents No.1 and 3, to provide necessary protection to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner, as guaranteed by the constitution.

c) Direct respondent No.3 to take action against respondents No.1 and 2 and so also against private respondents, for his illegal acts as disclosed above, including registration of criminal case against them.

                        Notices were issued to the respondents a well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by respondents No.1, 2 and 3 in which allegations have been denied.  Mr. Faiz Mohammad Larik, advocate for the petitioner,  after going through comments, filed by the above named  respondents, states that he will approach the concerned forum for redresal of grievance  and relief available to him under the law and does not press this petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
