            During the course of arguments, Mr.Syed Lal Shah , learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he would not press this petition and would be satisfied if he is permitted to file direct complaint in the matter. In the circumstances of the case, petition stands dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner would be at liberty to file direct complaint before the court of competent jurisdiction if advised so, in accordance with law.
