In case petitioner appeared at Police Station and from his statement cognizable offence is made out, he would register the case according to law. On the basis of statement of respondent No.1, SHO PS Bahoo Khoso, Learned counsel Mr.Ghulam Murtaza Jokhio, does not press this petition more and it is accordingly disposed of.
