Mr. Muhammad Ali Memon, advocate for applicants, alongwith applicants.

2.                Applicants/accused are present alongwith their advocate.  It is contended that learned II-Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur has issued N.B.Ws against the applicants/accused and they are apprehending their arrest as soon as they appear before the trial Court. 

                   Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants/accused for 10 days from today subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 10 days from today or when the applicants shall surrender before the trial Court.  In the meanwhile, operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicants by the trial Court is suspended.

                   Application stands disposed of accordingly.
