This appeal impugns judgment dated 10.05.2011 passed by Special Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Larkana whereby appellants have been convicted under Section 302, 402, 427, 440, 148, 149, PPC read with Section 6/7 of Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 and sentenced to suffer R.I for life and to pay fine of Rs: 200,000/- as compensation and in default thereof to suffer R.I for one year more. They are further convicted under Section 324 PPC to suffer R.I for ten years and to pay fine of Rs: 30,000/- as compensation to be paid to injured complainant/ SHO Asad Nabi Khichi and in default thereof to undergo R.I for six months more. They are also convicted under Section 353 PPC and sentenced to suffer R.I for two years. All the sentences are to run concurrently. Benefit of Section 382 (b) Cr.P.C. has also been extended to the appellants. Appeal as a matter of right is admitted for regular hearing. Issue notice to A.A.G. Let R& Ps be called and paper book be prepared.
