          The applicant Ameer Ali Chandio seeks protective bail in crime No.100/2011, of P.S Mirokhan, registered under sections 324, 337-H (2), and 34 P.P.C.

          The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant apprehend danger of his arrest before presenting his application for bail before arrest, therefore, he may be granted protective bail. Learned State counsel has no objection for grant of protective bail to the applicant.

          In view of submission of learned counsel for the applicant and the no objection recorded by learned State counsel, the applicant is granted protective bail for seven days commencing from today on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of aforesaid period of seven days or on the date when the applicant surrenders himself before concerned Court, whichever is earlier.
