                        Statements have been filed by Riaz Ahmed Memon, Special Secretary, Government of Sindh, Karachi, and Ghulam Haider Chandio, Deputy Secretary, Government of Sindh, Karachi, same are taken on record, copy whereof  has been provided to Mr. Shahani.  Perusal of the same reveals that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and vide Notification dated 20^th June, 2012 transfer order  of the petitioner has been recalled.   

                        In view of above, petition alongwith pending applications stands disposed of as it has served its purpose.
