          Grievance of the petitioner is that his son, namely, Ghulamullah has been abducted by Muhammad Mureed and others on 03.03.2012. The official respondents filed their comments. Perusal of the same would reflect that neither such incident has ever taken place nor the petitioner has approached this Court with clean hands. Learned Asstt. A.G. states that in-fact there is matrimonial dispute between Ghulamullah (alleged detainee) and Muhammad Mureed, as Ghulamullah had contracted marriage with Mst. Farzana daughter of Muhammad Mureed about six years back, latter-on due to strained relationship between spouses, Mst. Farzana filed a suit for dissolution of marriage against Ghulamullah, and in order to give twist that matter petitioner has filed this petition with ulterior motives and malafide intentions.

          Be that as it may, in these proceedings such factual controversy cannot be resolved. In the given circumstances, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner may approach concerned SHO and get his statement recorded, and if from contents of his statement a cognizable offence is made out the Incharge/ SHO of the police station shall do the needful in accordance with law.
