Mr. Azizul Haq Solabngi, Asstt. A. G along with Inspector Baharuddin Keerio, SHO PS Mehar, Inspector Javed Lakhair, SHO PS Thariri Muhbat, ASI Ghulam Abbas Chandio, of PS Meero Khan, district Kamber and ASI Razi Khan, PS Mehar.

                        Learned Asstt. A. G has placed on record criminal record of deceased Ranjhan. Per learned counsel grievance of the petitioner is that respondents No.2 to 12 along with other police officials barged in the house of the petitioner and arrested deceased Ranjhan and six women as well as three minor children. Official respondents also robbed gold ornament and cash and they also untied buffaloes and four sheep. Later on they killed Ranjhan in a fake encounter. However, the official respondents present in Court controvert the above.

                        Be that as it may, this factual controversy cannot be resolved in these proceedings. Consequently, the petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner may approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. He is also at liberty to approach the concerned Police Station and get record his statement. The duty officer shall record his statement and do the needful in terms of section 154 or 155, Cr.PC as the case may be.
