          Statements on behalf of the respondents No. 1, 3 and 4 have been filed, which are taken on record; copies whereof provided to learned counsel for the petitioners.

          Mr. Abdul Sattar Janveri, Advocate files Vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No. 5 to 8. He states that the private respondents have never caused any sort of harassment to the petitioners, nor will cause them harassment in future. The official respondents in their respective statements have also denied to have caused harassment to the petitioners; further they have undertaken that the petitioners will be  provided lawful protection as and when required.

          In view of the above statements of official as well as private respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is satisfied and prays for disposal of the petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly, with directions to the official respondents to provide legal protection to the petitioners.
