            At the very out set learned Assistant A.G states that through comments the respondents have not disputed the contents of petition and the official respondents are ready to provide water to the petitioner as per their share subject police aid. He further stated that in fact some influential persons of the locality have diverted the watercourses and same cannot be removed without providing police support. In the given circumstances this petition is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Executive Engineer to get removed illegal diversion with the police aid and provide water to the petitioner as per their share. SSP Jacobabad is directed to provide police force to the concerned Executive Engineer as and when he requires the same.
