                        Urgency application is granted.

                        At the very out set, Mr. Azizul Haq Solangi, learned Asstt. A. G present in Court in some other cases voluntarily stated that the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed within one month, in case the petitioner fulfills the required documents before respondent No.2. In view of above learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and seeks disposal of the petition in terms of above statement. Consequently, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to  appear before the respondent No.2 and submit certified copy of record of rights as well as he shall do the need full in respect of land in favour of the education department. Thereafter the respondent No.2 & 3 shall act in accordance with the law and do the needful within one month.

                        Copy of this order be sent to the concerned Secretary for compliance and another copy be provided to learned Asstt. A. G, who shall transmit the same to the concerned District Education Officer.
