4.         Per learned counsel applicant has been indicted in Crime No.17/2009 of P.S Golo Daro Shikarpur though he tried to approach the concerned Court but could not succeed  as the court premises were cordoned off  by the police therefore,  apprehending his imminent arrest, he has approached this Court for protective bail.

                        Miss Shazia Surahio, State Counsel very candidly conceded to the grant of protective bail.

                        Without going into merits of the case, protective bail for seven days  is granted to the applicant subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/= and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  The operation of this order shall cease to have effect after seven days.
