4.       The applicant seeks protective bail in Crime No.19/2012 of P.S Madeji, registered under section 17 (3) Offences Against Property (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979.

          The learned counsel for the applicant has prayed for grant of protective bail to the applicant enabling him to approach learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, for filing bail before arrest application. In the grounds of the application he has stated that before reaching to the Court, if the applicant is arrested, he will not only be maltreated, disgraced and humiliated but also he will loose his liberty.

          Mr. Muhammad Yaqoub Dahani, learned State counsel waives notice of this bail application and raises no objection for grant of protective bail to the applicant.

          Without touching the merits and demerits of the prosecution case the applicant is granted protective bail for seven days commencing from today on his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of aforesaid seven days. The bail application stands disposed of.
