            At the very outset Dr.Moula Bux, EDO Health/DHO Dadu, present in Court categorically states that grievance of the petitioners has been redressed as petitioners along with other lady health workers have been permanently absorbed and now they will be treated as regular employees. As far as their arrears etc. are concerned, he states that same will be paid to the petitioners as and when funds are received from the concerned quarter.

            In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and seeks disposal of the instant petition. In terms of above statement, order accordingly. Defiance of this order will expose the respondents to the contempt of court proceedings.
