2.       Order dated 21.07.2012 passed by the learned Incharge Sessions Judge, Larkana shows that accused Allah Bux S/O Wahid Bux Lashari appeared before the learned trial Court and sought pre arrest bail. The applicant/surety states that as the above named accused appeared before the trial Court in compliance  with the order dated 10.07.2012 of this Court therefore, the surety amount of Rs.25,000/= may be returned. J

                   In view of the above circumstances, the office is directed to return the surety amount to the applicant/surety after proper verification of the applicant/surety.  The instant application stands disposed of.
