            Applicant/accused is present along with his counsel. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that police with malafide intention is not allowing the applicant/accused to surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad.

            Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant for six days from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court. This order shall cease to have its force on expiry of six days or when the applicant will surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad whichever is earlier.

             This criminal bail application stands disposed of along with listed applications.
