            Through this constitution petition, petitioner Ghulam Qadir Khokhar has prayed for the following relief :-

a) direct the respondent No.4/S.S.P., Larkana to entrust the investigation of F.I.R bearing crime No.67/2012 of PS Naudero to the respondent No.2/S.H.O of PS Naudero and not to CIA Police, Larkana, with further directions to ensure that the S.H.O PS Naudero should conduct an honest and fair investigation, arrest all the accused persons named in the FIR, effect recovery of crime etc from them, and then submit challan against the accused in accordance with law;

            Notice was issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A.G and comments were called. SSP Larkana in his comments has stated that case has already been challaned. In view of submission of chalan before the competent court of law learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly along with listed applications.
