                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Abdul Wahab has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) This Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.03 to investigate the matter properly and submit its report under section 173, Cr.P.C before the Competent Court of law.

b) The respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to supervise the investigation.

c) Award cost of the petition, and

d) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems proper and fit.

`           Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. SHO PS Ghari Yasin, respondent No.3, SSP respondent No.2 have filed their statements, which have been taken on record. SHO PS Ghari Yasin submits that challan has been submitted by him in the Court of Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Ghari Yasin on 17.7.2012. Learned State Counsel stated that learned advocate for the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Court regarding proceedings of the case and taking of the cognizance. Learned advocate for petitioner states that he will approach the trial Court for his grievance and petition stands disposed of accordingly.
