                        Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Shahmeer has prayed for the following relief:

a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to issue directions to respondents not to harass to the petitioner, except due course of law, at the instance of private respondent No.1.

b) Further to direct respondent No.4 to restrain the official respondents from disturbing petitione4r as well as their family members and also provide protection to the petitioner and their property.

c) To award costs of the petition.

d) Any other relief which deems fit and proper according to the circumstances of this petition may also be granted to petitioner.

            Notice was issued to the respondents and Addl. A. G. Comments have been filed by SIP Khalid Hussain Sarki, SHO PS Garhi Khairo, the respondent No.2 and HC Ghulam Serwar, respondent No.3, the same have been taken on record. The learned advocate for petitioner has gone through the comments and stated that he is satisfied from such comments and does not press this petition more. I have also heard learned State Counsel. The petition is disposed of in terms of the statement in which it is specifically mentioned that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor petitioner shall be harassed in future. The learned State Counsel submits that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner in accordance with the law.
